How are your stretchers tested to ensure they are ready to go?
Every stretcher we sell goes through a detailed in-house inspection and quality control process before it is listed for sale or shipped to a customer. Our team checks the stretcher’s overall condition, lifting and lowering functions, wheels and casters, brakes, side rails, handles, locking mechanisms, hydraulics, frame condition, and general functionality.

Do your stretchers come with a warranty?
Yes. Our stretchers come with a 90 day warranty for added peace of mind.
This warranty covers functional issues or defects that may occur under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, misuse, abuse, improper handling, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or damage that occurs after delivery due to improper use or storage.
